Each collegiate chapter meeting the listed performance standards between May 1 and
April 30 will be eligible to request presentation of this award to their chapter at the
Annual Awards Recognition Ceremony.
- Quality chapter management relative to recordkeeping as evidenced by:
- Full compliance with rules and regulations of host institution.
- Records available for filing required Grand Chapter reports.
- Financial records audited by an external entity.
- Quality chapter management relative to personnel as evidenced by:
- Job descriptions for officers and committee chairpersons.
- Formal transition period for out-going to in-coming officers.
- Quality chapter management relative to leadership as evidenced by:
- Officers establish focus and direction for chapter.
- Officers involve high percentage of members in chapter activities.
- A synergy exists between Officers and Faculty Advisor.
