November 19, 1998 John Brown Dear Mr. Brown: Thank you for your interest in participating in the Third Annual Gamma Iota Sigma Career Fair at Temple University. The purpose of the career fair is to afford students majoring in Risk Management, Insurance and Actuarial Science the chance to learn about potential job opportunities in the insurance industry. The fair will also serve as an excellent tool in your recruiting efforts. The details of the career fair are as follows: Date:
Monday, March 2, 1999 We will furnish your company with a copy of our 1999 Resume Book. This book contains resumes of over 100 students majoring in Risk Management, Insurance and Actuarial who will be seeking permanent as well as internship positions in risk management, insurance, employee benefits and actuarial science. As an added convenience, Professor Drennan will help arrange interviewing schedules in our office beginning on March 3. If your company is a contributor to our 1998-99 resume book, the registration fee for the fair is waived. However, if your company is not a sponsor of the resume book a $100 registration fee will be required. Please send this registration fee to my attention by January 30, 1999. Please fill out the attached registration form and fax it to my attention at 215-204-4714 by December 12, so that we can complete a list of all companies that will be in attendance. In addition, please include a brief one to two paragraph description of your organization and any positions, which you anticipate will be available. As the date draws nearer, we will be contacting you with the specific arrangements for the setup of the fair.
